1 Peter 1:3-8
Ironically, the holidays give us very little time to rest and relax. However, when we do find rare moments of quiet reflection, it’s easy to focus on all that is not right in our lives. We may focus on needs that are unmet, relationships that are estranged or broken, or how we wished the year had played out differently. The reality of Jesus’ arrival, means that God is at work in the midst of circumstances and struggles. He promises to work in our lives in a way that produces joy and gives us hope for our present reality as well as the future.
